Job Description

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to provide dedicated delivery leadership for complex, cross-functional initiatives within a large enterprise environment. As a single point of accountability, you will oversee end-to-end execution, coordinate across diverse teams, and manage risks to ensure alignment with enterprise governance and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader capable of operating independently in an evolving environment, driving priority work to successful completion while maintaining high standards of delivery.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the day-to-day management of assigned initiatives, ensuring full accountability for project execution and alignment with approved objectives
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive delivery plans, schedules, and dependency tracking mechanisms
  • Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate delivery risks and issues
  • escalate concerns as necessary to ensure project continuity
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT teams, business partners, vendors, and senior leadership, fostering collaboration across all workstreams
  • Ensure all initiatives comply with enterprise delivery standards, stage-gating requirements, and internal reporting protocols
  • Deliver regular status updates and strategic insights to senior leadership regarding project health, timelines, and decision points
  • Facilitate structured transition planning and knowledge transfer to internal teams prior to the conclusion of the contract

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale or complex IT initiatives in enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex IT programs end-to-end, maintaining focus on accountability, timelines, and quality
  • Solid understanding of IT delivery governance, stage gating, and enterprise standards
  • Proven experience in proactively managing RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and navigating complex cross-team interdependencies
  • Excellent ability to influence, communicate, and report effectively at the executive level
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure and/or digital delivery environments to support informed decision-making
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and demonstrated success in cross-functional coordination
