Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver IT projects across diverse business areas. You’ll be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle — ensuring objectives are met in terms of scope, quality, and timelines. The role involves close collaboration with technical and business teams, driving progress, and ensuring successful delivery.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead projects from initiation to closure with full accountability for outcomes
  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations across multiple teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in business application development area
  • Experience in working closely with software development teams
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent English and Polish

Nice to have

  • Experience in finance, banking, or corporate IT
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP
  • Experience working on system integrations or enterprise migrations
