Job Description:

We are proactively recruiting IT Program Managers for enterprise-level initiatives. These roles focus on overseeing multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and driving transformation efforts.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee multiple IT projects under a program framework
Align program deliverables with business strategy and IT governance
Manage cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders
Monitor budgets, risks, and dependencies across projects
Deliver high-level reporting to leadership and clients

Requirements:

8+ years of IT project/program management experience
Strong background in enterprise IT (infrastructure, applications, or digital transformation)
Expertise in Agile at scale (SAFe, LeSS) or hybrid methodologies
PMP, PgMP, or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification highly desirable
