Our Calgary client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for a long-term engagement running from March 2026 through June 2027. Job Responsibility:
Manage the end-to-end implementation of corporate technology projects including procurement and in-house development
Lead multidisciplinary project teams consisting of IT staff, business clients, and external contractors
Oversee the specific update and optimization of the on-premises Content Server solution
Facilitate clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment
Apply project management best practices to plan, organize, and execute complex workflows
Manage competing demands and prioritize resources to meet critical project milestones
Provide leadership in change management and organizational navigation to ensure project success
Requirements:
Over ten years of experience managing IT projects for COTS, in-house, or cloud solutions
Proven track record of at least ten years leading multidisciplinary teams and vendor relationships
Extensive experience using project management software such as MS Project Server or Project Online
Background managing projects involving Content Server or similar document management systems
Strong history of working within large-scale organizations or the public sector
