Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the lifecycle of strategic projects—focusing on consumer-facing websites, platforms, and enhancements—ensuring alignment with business goals while adhering to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile and Waterfall. This position requires a high level of collaboration with internal teams, cross-functional stakeholders, and external vendors.

Job Responsibility:

Lead enhancements to new or existing systems following SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
Ensure timely delivery by managing project plans, tracking dependencies, monitoring risks, and addressing issues
Provide progress reports and regular communication to business and IT stakeholders
Maintain project documentation, including requirement backlogs and technical designs
Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to ensure robust technical designs
Partner with the QA team to oversee test planning and execution
Facilitate meetings with multiple stakeholders and prepare presentation materials for executive audiences
Enable team efficiency by fostering collaboration, removing roadblocks, and supporting continuous improvement
Work closely with Product Owners, developers, designers, QA teams, and other cross-functional partners
Coordinate post-launch activities and address production system issues as needed
Serve as Scrum Master to guide Agile development processes
Ensure the Product Owner’s backlog is visible, prioritized, and aligned with business goals

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, business management, or equivalent training and experience
3–5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager for consumer-facing platforms involving complex data transactions or integrations
Clear understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Strong communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in using tools like Jira and Confluence for managing project artifacts and user stories
Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-level presentations
Capable of multitasking, innovating, and delivering solutions with minimal oversight
Experience managing cost plans and budgets

Nice to have:

Prior experience in the automotive industry
Familiarity with Salesforce products and platforms
Ability to coach Agile teams and consistently lead toward process improvements
Strong problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
