Job Description

Seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of SAP initiatives within a large enterprise environment. This role will focus on implementing SAP SuccessFactors and Fieldglass as part of an ongoing S/4HANA (RISE) transformation program. The position requires strong ownership of cross-functional projects, executive-level communication, and the ability to operate in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors and Fieldglass implementations
  • Define project scope, timelines, resources, and success criteria
  • Manage project budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Coordinate across business and technical teams to ensure alignment and delivery
  • Partner with system integrators to ensure quality execution and delivery outcomes
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and provide clear executive-level reporting
  • Support data migration, integration, and cutover planning activities
  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to PMO best practices

Requirements

  • Senior-level IT Project Manager with proven experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives
  • Hands-on experience leading SAP SuccessFactors implementations
  • Experience delivering SAP Fieldglass implementations (Contingent Workforce / Services Procurement)
  • Experience working within SAP S/4HANA environments (RISE preferred)
  • Strong experience managing end-to-end project delivery (scope, schedule, budget, risk, stakeholders)
  • Proven ability to work with executive stakeholders (VP/C-level) and present status, risks, and outcomes
  • Experience managing system integrators / third-party vendors (RFP through delivery)
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across IT, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Procurement teams
  • Experience working in hybrid Agile / Waterfall delivery environments
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a matrixed organization
