Job Responsibility:
Owning and developing IT procurement frameworks for higher education clients
Strategically sourcing IT suppliers in line with PCR and the Procurement Act 2023
Leading end-to-end IT category management with a strong focus on value and innovation
Managing and developing key supplier relationships to drive performance
Leading and mentoring a small IT procurement team
Requirements:
Strong IT procurement experience, either as a specialist or broad IT generalist
Proven IT category management capability
Experience working within public procurement regulations (PCR / PA23)
A value-led procurement mindset beyond cost savings
Confident stakeholder management and ability to operate autonomously
