We are looking for a seasoned Senior IT PMO Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead our Project Management Office. This role is a strategic leadership position responsible for defining and maintaining the standards for project management within the organization. You will oversee a complex portfolio of software development and IT initiatives, ensuring they align with our business strategies in the E-Commerce / BPO sector. You will move beyond managing individual projects to managing the governance, methodology, and overall health of the project portfolio, driving performance in our growth-oriented organization.
Job Responsibility:
Lead our Project Management Office
Defining and maintaining the standards for project management within the organization
Oversee a complex portfolio of software development and IT initiatives, ensuring they align with our business strategies in the E-Commerce / BPO sector
Managing the governance, methodology, and overall health of the project portfolio, driving performance in our growth-oriented organization
Requirements:
10+ Years Total Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT Project and Program management
PMO Leadership: At least 3-5 years specifically in a PMO leadership role (setting up or running a PMO)
Industry Context: Proven experience in Shared Services, E-Commerce, or BPO environments is critical
Scale: Demonstrated success in managing multi-function teams of 50+ members (indirectly or directly) and overseeing multi-million dollar project portfolios
