We're looking for a Senior IT Operations Manager to take full ownership of our internal IT systems and support as we scale. You'll be the go-to person for all things IT - from onboarding new team members and advisors to building the processes that will support our rapid growth. This role combines hands-on technical work with strategic process building in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Job Responsibility:
Handle onboarding and offboarding for both internal team members and our advisor, including platform setup and SaaS account provisioning
Manage laptop inventory, fulfillment, tracking, and coordinate repairs and warranty claims
Provide technical support to NYC office, remote employees, and our financial advisors
Maintain office networking, conference room A/V
Build and document repeatable IT processes and policies to support company scaling
Support advisors through complex IT transitions including email and domain migrations
Manage relationships and contracts with IT vendors
Coordinate SOC 2 audits and compliance work
Handle day-to-day office coordination including visitor management and vendor support
Travel occasionally to support large advisor group onboardings
Requirements:
4+ years of hands-on IT support experience with user onboarding/offboarding and device management
Experience with Google Workspace administration and MDM solutions (Rippling preferred)
Strong customer service skills with ability to support both internal teams and external advisors
Proven track record of building and documenting IT processes and procedures
Understanding of security best practices, access controls, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong writing skills – Savvy is a written culture
Track record of leveraging AI to scale the IT function across areas like help desk support, documentation, and SaaS management
Nice to have:
Financial services or RIA industry experience, particularly with compliance tools
Experience with email/domain migrations and supporting business transitions
Project management experience and vendor relationship management
Facilities coordination background
SOC 2 audit experience and familiarity with fintech security requirements
