Requirements

Minimum 10+ years’ experience in contract & commercial management in water treatment or water infrastructure projects
Strong familiarity with contract forms and practices used in infrastructure (e.g., PWD)
Excellent commercial acumen: budgeting, claims management, cash flow, cost control
Superb negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar

Job Responsibility

Oversee all pre- and post-contract activities for water treatment and infrastructure projects
Evaluate, prepare, and negotiate variation orders, extension of time (EOT), and claims
Monitor and manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports
Ensure cost efficiency and profitability across all assigned projects
Identify potential financial or contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Support tender preparation, including cost estimation, risk evaluation, and contract terms
Liaise with procurement and QS teams to ensure contract alignment with project requirements
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contractual matters
Ensure clear, consistent communication and relationship management with all stakeholders
