Job Description

As a (Senior) IT Consultant at BCG Platinion in Copenhagen, you will engage with leading global companies to address their core IT challenges, particularly focusing on the migration to SAP S/4HANA. This role requires an above-average degree in computer science or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in strategic ERP/CRM/SCM projects. You will be responsible for supporting clients throughout the entire supply chain, from requirements analysis to solution design and implementation. Strong technical knowledge of end-to-end processes, exceptional analytical skills, and fluency in a Nordic language and English are essential. Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the client in ERP/CRM/SCM projects along the entire supply chain: from requirements analysis to solution design/technical concept, implementation, testing, training and rollout
  • Design / definition of specific ERP/CRM/SCM solutions along the value chain of our clients and the required functional modules Introduction of 'best practices' in the evaluation, specification and implementation of user requirements, in particular with a view to reducing one-off and maintenance costs
  • Technical management of implementation and migration projects or in specific domains Requirements management within the scope of enterprise solutions projects, incl. the management of specialist concept workshops with business process managers
  • Control and prototyping of customizing of ERP/CRM/SCM solutions Support in the sale of large Enterprise Solutions projects by providing technical and methodological expertise
  • Further development of the content of the enterprise solutions topics at BCG Platinion, e.g., through participation in conferences, in the creation of a training catalog or with technical articles

Requirements

  • An above-average degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in the context of strategic ERP/CRM/SCM projects
  • Technical knowledge along typical end-to-end processes relevant in the enterprise solutions context (Purchase-2-Pay, Order-2-Cash, Lead-2-Quote, Record-2-Report, Hire-2-Retire etc.)
  • General knowledge of wider portfolio of industry specific solutions, solution add-on’s and analytical tools
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills
  • Fluent in one Nordic Language and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong client and result orientation
  • Team spirit, communication and presentation skills as well as intellectual agility
  • Ability to align individuals and organizations to a common goal
