Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business administration or equivalent is required
Experience and knowledge in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries (5 years ideally)
business theory, processes and process improvement methodologies, budgeting
Knowledge and Experience in CRM/Digitalization, Data & Analytics, CS and/or Omni Channel Strategy
Good understanding of agile methodology & product management methodology
Solid understanding of core technical platforms and product lifecycle maintenance
Experience with working across multiple levels of business and IT partners
Knowledge of technology trends and to apply this knowledge to existing business processes
Strong personal dedication to continuous business improvement, and effectively collaborating and leading our business partners
Capable of working as part of a team and on own initiative. Capable to change priorities quickly and influence others to do so
Ability to adopt changes and to deliver IT solutions in a constantly evolving business/IT environment
Ability to work in an Agile environment and working closely with shared services organizations
Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
