Acts as a strategic partner and business liaison who understands business content, procedures, processes and systems. Assembles, analyzes, and translates business requirements into detailed requirements and functional specifications. Performs feasibility analysis; develops project scope; provides recommendations on the alternative solutions, project strategy and deliverable prioritization. Analyzes business needs and defines detailed requirements and validates solutions with the client.

  • Communicate IT processes to the business clients
  • Comply with SOX and other standard process requirements
  • Define and document business requirements for moderate-to-complex projects
  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge of concepts, principles or practices in a specific business area
  • Demonstrates familiarity with a number of the following areas: testing, project management, related Lines of Business, software development, SOX compliance, regulatory compliance, operational/disaster recovery, operations, maintenance, etc
  • Demonstrates seasoned, experienced- based judgment in applying and adapting techniques with high credibility of the project team members
  • Evaluate and document alternatives that will provide the most effective solutions to business problems
  • Identify, propose and influence IT solutions to moderate-to-complex business problems
  • negotiate requirements and deliverables with the client
  • May perform various additional activities, such as operation and maintenance support, application testing, etc
  • May provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced employees
  • Participates in project estimates
  • Prepare or review test plans and perform quality reviews of test results

  • Review design and technical specification documents for alignment with business solution

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems, Business, Engineering, etc. or equivalent work experience
  • 4 years of experience in analyzing, designing and developing functional requirements, functional design, UX/UI design
  • 3 years experience in business analysis
  • Experience in project participation, high complexity
  • Working knowledge of relational databases (SQL experience)
  • Working knowledge of UML
  • Be able to work independently but within the framework of the team and product
  • Be able to work well within a team setting
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to maintain efficiency, consistency and achieve successful implementation of system enhancement
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite of applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 3 years of experience with Oracle CC&B applications, and data modeling
  • Experience dealing with Call Center and/or Back Office centric business
  • Understanding of database/schema architecture
