Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Investment Solutions Advisor / Sales with an existing network of EAMs and Institutional clients in Singapore and/or neighbouring markets. Driven by entrepreneurial spirit and fuelled by innovation, Lynceus Partners is the next-generation Structured Products provider, combining derivatives knowledge from our team of experts and latest technological developments to create a comprehensive ecosystem for Institutional and Wealth Management clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop our presence in Singapore and more specifically with EAMs, asset managers, family offices and institutional clients
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with EAMs and professional clients in Singapore
  • Generate revenues from sales of structured solutions and private placement investments
  • Create and offer investment ideas for clients and other team members
  • Accountable for the commercial strategy, including client acquisition and retention strategies, promotion of Lynceus Partners' financial expertise and technological solutions as well as revenue generation
  • Deliver derivatives and cross asset solutions, as well as other outcome-oriented investment products (private debt, private equity) that match your client’s needs

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience offering derivatives solutions to institutional clients based in Singapore and/or neighbouring markets
  • Previous experience as cross asset derivatives sales in an investment bank, or as an advisor on an EAM desk would be a plus
  • A working knowledge of the private assets market or a willingness and interest to develop professional competencies in this class of assets
  • The ability and willingness to work independently and to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
  • Fluent English and the language of your clients
  • French would be a plus
  • Natural at building human relationships with clients and colleagues alike
  • Entrepreneurial and self-starting mindset
  • Team-player with effective communication
  • Ability to identify and analyse client’s needs, translate those needs into investible, simple and clear investment ideas
