Job Description:

Our client is a globally recognised law firm known for its exceptional legal expertise in cross-border transactions and complex fund structures. Their lawyers advise major global financial institutions and investment funds with a client-centric and dynamic approach. The Hong Kong office of the Firm offers a comprehensive range of legal services, specialising in complex transactions and sophisticated advisory work.

Job Responsibility:

excellent drafting skills and familiarity with investment funds work

Requirements:

minimum 4+ PQE required in Hong Kong or a commonlaw jurisdiction
equal fluency in English and Chinese
experience advising financial institutions, private equity clients, hedge funds, and other clients on funds work

Nice to have:

dynamic, personable, and extremely technically accurate
strong client management and negotiation skills in relation to fund documents and agreements
a genuine interest and passion in keeping up to date on changes in laws and regulations, in all commonwealth jurisdictions
