About the Role: This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile investment and development valuation assignments for a diverse portfolio of clients, including institutional investors, REITs, financiers, developers, and government bodies. In this senior role, you’ll leverage your expertise to deliver insightful, reliable, and high-quality valuations across commercial, industrial, retail, and mixed-use properties. Experience in asset valuation for financial reporting purposes will be highly regarded, as our clients rely on accurate and compliant reporting for their property portfolios.

Job Responsibility:

  • Undertake complex property valuations for investment and development purposes
  • Conduct asset valuations specifically for financial reporting in accordance with relevant accounting standards
  • Provide expert advice to clients on market trends and property strategies
  • Mentor and support junior valuers and assist with team leadership
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports and present findings to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) with API membership (essential) and RICS membership is highly regarded
  • Extensive experience in investment and development valuations
  • Demonstrated skills in asset valuation for financial reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Property or related field (essential)
  • Master of Applied Finance (highly regarded)
  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities
  • Thorough knowledge of the Sydney property market
