A rare opportunity to join the investment arm of a globally recognised hospitality brand, supporting the expansion of its international hotel portfolio through complex development and acquisition opportunities. Based in London, the role sits within a recently established real estate investment platform responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing major hospitality-led developments in gateway cities across Europe and North America.
Job Responsibility:
Investment Underwriting & Financial Modelling: Building and maintaining complex ground-up development models
Structuring and modelling equity waterfalls and partnership structures
Analysing refinance and exit scenarios
Sensitivity analysis and downside testing across multiple development scenarios
Deal Evaluation & Investment Analysis: Assessing large-scale hospitality-led development opportunities in major gateway cities
Evaluating mixed-use schemes incorporating hotel, residential and complementary uses
Conducting market, demand and competitive analysis
Contributing to highest and best use strategies and development positioning
Supporting capital partner presentations and investor materials
Assisting with structuring, negotiations and transaction execution
Requirements:
4–7 years’ experience within a rigorous real estate investment environment (e.g., real estate private equity, real estate investment banking, principal investment or development platforms, real estate advisory with strong modelling exposure)
Exceptional financial modelling capability, particularly for development underwriting
Strong analytical and commercial judgement
Experience analysing complex real estate transactions
The confidence to operate within a small, principal-led team
Nice to have:
Exposure to hospitality, residential development or mixed-use schemes, particularly where residential sales are used alongside hotels to underpin development viability
