Senior Investment Analyst

• Partner closely with Property and Development teams to deliver room growth ambitions
• Evaluate new investment opportunities
• Build and review financial models
• Prepare compelling papers for the Investment Board to support informed discussion and approval
• Provide insightful financial analysis to help identify priority development targets, assess past performance, and challenge investment decisions
• Act as a trusted business partner to both internal and external Development Managers
• Bring rigor, perspective, and constructive challenge to every stage of the investment process
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis to support continuous improvement across the function

• ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified (or part-qualified)
• Driven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Can confidently work across all levels of the business
• Comfortable juggling competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Takes ownership of workload and adapts quickly as new requests arise
• Communicates complex financial concepts clearly and confidently to non-finance stakeholders
• Brings advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise

Experience with Power BI, SQL, Qlikview or similar tools
