Job Description

The Senior International Client Coordinator at NTT DATA is responsible for optimizing supply chain solutions and enhancing client satisfaction. This role requires moderate experience in logistics and supply chain management, strong communication skills, and the ability to resolve client queries effectively. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and relevant certifications are preferred. The position is remote, offering a dynamic work environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Provides support with availability of the necessary processes and systems to enable the buying team to execute the everyday activities
  • Contributes to the flow of materials, products, services and information
  • Interacts with vendors and clients and intervene when queries from these stakeholders are escalated
  • Remains involved with the buying process by participating in the delivery of advanced components of the process including the final resolution of problems and queries
  • Proactively implements the necessary processes to ensure continuous client satisfaction
  • Participates in the pre-sales processes and/or successes to ensure growth within the assigned portfolio
  • Works closely with internal stakeholders to create the best solution design for the client and develop procedures and systems for commercial supply chain projects ensuring commercial readiness
  • Supports strategic projects that identify risks to supply chain delivery and drive the implementation of appropriate solutions
  • Assists with any other relevant task as requested by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management or Information Technology or a related field
  • Relevant Supply Chain and Logistics certification preferred
  • Moderate level experience relevant to the field within a large scale (preferably multi- national) technology services environment
  • Moderate level experience in service delivery within a supply chain environment
  • Display good attention to detail and the ability to manage work processes
  • Possess knowledge of supply chain processes and procedures
  • Good client service orientation and impeccable relationship building skills
  • Display an analytical orientation and continually identify mechanisms for improved service delivery
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess an understanding of the client’s business needs and the associated company delivery model
