As a Senior Internal Sales professional, you serve as a vital resource for both our customers and branch operations. Job Responsibility:
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries efficiently and accurately
Support external sales team with detailed quotes, and account coordination
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Assist with inventory management, including stock control and replenishment
Requirements:
