Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic communications professional to support employee communications for our global business, with a focus on B2B and Commercial teams. You will work with other internal communications colleagues to support strategic messaging, drive engagement, and keep employees informed. You will also collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute on internal communications initiatives. The ideal candidate is an excellent hands-on operator who thrives on fast-paced environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Support content production for All Hands and other Executive-led internal initiatives, translating technical and complex information into valuable insights for our teams
  • Assist in the development of written materials, such as leadership communications, FAQs, talking points, and other essential documents
  • Help develop internal initiatives and messaging to build our B2B and Commercial culture, inspiring employees to collaborate across teams, and celebrating big wins
  • Support internal awareness campaigns that bring the "Voice of the Customer" to life, helping employees across the company understand what matters most for our earners, partners and consumers
  • Manage dedicated Slack channels, newsletters, and intranet pages for Business units and Sales teams, ensuring a consistent and professional tone of voice and narrative
  • Measure and report on internal communications initiatives to continuously improve impact and effectiveness of comms

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications or B2B Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting internal communications for sales teams
  • Experience working within the technology industry
