Job Description

Fluxys is seeking a senior internal communications professional with strong project management skills to help shape the future of our group intranet, strengthen our Internal Communications (IC) function, and support organizational transformation through impactful communication initiatives. This role combines 60% intranet project management and 40% internal communications partnership, working as part of a dynamic, collaborative IC team committed to enhancing employee engagement and well-being.

Job Responsibility

  • Co-lead the project together with the Internal Communications Manager
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders from concept through implementation
  • Ensure alignment with the intranet vision document, delivering a user-friendly, future-proof platform
  • Foster collaboration and cohesion within the IC team
  • Demonstrate IC ambassadorship and support collective decisions
  • Promote knowledge-sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement
  • Encourage AI adoption, innovation, and capability-building within the IC function
  • Design and execute an annual communication plan aligned with corporate goals
  • Ensure effective communication support for key projects across the division and the organization
  • Deliver day-to-day communications that strengthen employee experience and well-being

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in communications, with a strong asset in internal communications
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • intranet project experience is a plus
  • A mix of strategic insight and hands-on execution
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to promote collaboration, alignment, and continuous improvement within a team
