Job Description

As Integration Senior Manager, you will define how systems, data, and digital capabilities come together across Marshall Group. You will own the integration strategy and platform, while building and scaling a dedicated integration function that supports our ERP, eCommerce, PIM, and wider application landscape. This role sits at the centre of our digital ecosystem and plays a key part in enabling stable operations, efficient end-to-end processes, and future growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and drive the Group-wide integration strategy and roadmap
  • Own and evolve the Azure integration platform with a focus on scalability, stability, and security
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing integration team, including nearshore capabilities
  • Ensure reliable data flows and strong ownership across key business systems
  • Establish best practices for integration architecture, monitoring, governance, and compliance

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience leading integration platforms or integration-focused teams
  • Hands-on expertise with Azure Integration Services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management
  • Experience building and managing teams, including distributed or nearshore setups
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and data flows across enterprise systems
  • Experience with data platforms, BI, or AI initiatives is a strong advantage
