Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain our event-driven data integration pipelines that connect our on-premises environment with multiple on-premises and cloud applications. In this role, you will own the reliability, performance, and scalability of mission-critical integrations that move data across the enterprise. You will work with established integration architecture and focus on implementation excellence, operational maturity, and continuous optimization of our integration platform.

Job Responsibility

  • Design and develop integration pipelines using SnapLogic that reliably move data between on-premises SQL Server systems and downstream cloud and on-premises applications
  • Architect event-driven solutions using Solace message broker and pub/sub patterns to decouple systems and enable real-time data movement
  • Manage API governance and integration flows through Gravitee APIM, including policy enforcement, rate limiting, and consumer management
  • Establish observability and monitoring for integration pipelines by setting up Datadog dashboards, alerts, and custom metrics to track performance, error rates, latency, and throughput
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across systems through validation, error handling, retry logic, and dead-letter queue management
  • Monitor and optimize pipeline performance in production, using logs and metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures in production environments, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures
  • Document integration designs, data flows, and operational procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability
  • Participate in on-call support rotation for production integration incidents and provide timely resolution
  • Collaborate with application teams to understand data requirements and integrate new systems into the platform
  • Maintain and evolve SQL Server extracts and transformations to support new business requirements with minimal performance impact to production databases

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience designing and implementing integration solutions in enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated expertise with integration platforms (SnapLogic, MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar)
  • Strong experience with message brokers and event-driven architecture (Solace, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including data extraction, transformation, and loading
  • Proficiency with API management concepts and experience with API gateways or management platforms
  • Solid understanding of pub/sub patterns, message queues, and event-driven design principles
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving production integration issues in complex, multi-system environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to document technical designs and decisions clearly

Nice to have

  • Experience with Datadog or similar observability platforms
  • Experience with Gravitee APIM or other modern API management platforms
  • Familiarity with Solace specifically
  • Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability for integration platforms
  • Knowledge of change data capture (CDC) and real-time data replication patterns
  • Experience working with hybrid on-premises and cloud environments
  • Understanding of CI/CD practices and automated testing for integrations
  • Exposure to Linux environments and basic infrastructure concepts

What we offer
