Job Description:

Senior Integrated Producers in the Hogarth global network is responsible for production planning, budgeting, coordinating, and overseeing the capturing of footage and images (be in still or video) for the creation of final assets across all marketing disciplines for our clients. They orchestrate the best plan for complex asset capturing requirements to optimize budgets and timelines for clients. Integrated Producers need to understand the ever-changing landscape of production technology and how it impacts both costs and timelines and advise on the best approach for our clients. They should also be well-versed in all stages of post-production as these impacts not only schedules, but the shooting requirements and plans, to smoothen the post process. Our producers are also creatively minded. They should be able to understand creative briefs from the agency teams and marry the best production house partners and film directors and photographers to the campaign based on the creative intentions as well as balance the budget to be able to afford the best team. They are in the middle of the marketing implementation process, always allowing the production team, agency and clients the flexibility to be freely creative within budget and timeline limitations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Understand creative requirements for a campaign brief (tone of film / images, visual style, music and audio)
  • Have a good innate feel for matching the best director / photographer for the brief within budget limitations to invite them for production bidding
  • Have a strong grasp of existing and new production capturing technologies and able to advise Agency and client teams on the most appropriate techniques for each campaign production brief
  • Able to coordinate between different production capturing teams (brand films, photography, digital asset captures) in a single production event to consolidate budgets and timelines for complex marketing campaign requirements
  • Strong financial acumen to balance & reconcile complex production budgets
  • Good understanding of post-production processes and potential pitfalls to oversee smooth and efficient postproduction to meet deadlines

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience as an agency producer
  • Production experience in a production house or photography studio is a plus
  • Production experience in a post-production facility is a strong plus
  • Microsoft Office skills
