As the owner of the Master Integrated Schedule (MIS) for our multi-billion-dollar hyper-scale data center portfolio, the Senior Integrated Master Scheduler drives predictable, on-time EPC project delivery. You will ensure the MIS is the single source of truth—a robust, logic-driven tool used to forecast, manage risks, and guarantee a predictive schedule. This role is critical to Crusoe’s ability to rapidly scale, execute complex, mission-critical projects, and establish global best practices in project scheduling. You will act as a strategic lead, ensuring our infrastructure is delivered with mathematical precision and operational readiness.

Schedule Development & Governance: Develop and govern conceptual and detailed EPC schedules covering stage gates, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Lead the baseline schedule approval process with all stakeholders
Critical Path & Risk Analysis: Expertly create and analyze Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules. Identify and manage near-critical and commissioning-critical paths, developing proactive mitigation and recovery plans
Contractor Integration: Masterfully review and integrate complex contractor schedules into the definitive MIS, performing Time Impact Analyses (TIA) to support contract claims and negotiations
Progress & Predictive Analytics: Establish a quantity-based progress measurement system. Perform schedule health checks using tools like Acumen Fuse and lead Monte Carlo simulations to determine confidence levels for key milestones
Commissioning & COD Integration: Ensure seamless integration of testing, turnover, and final acceptance into the MIS. Verify that the Commercial Operation Date (COD) is always logic-driven and risk-adjusted
Executive Reporting: Produce weekly and monthly updates, integrated look-ahead plans, and concise narrative reports for senior leadership
Leadership & Standards: Establish and champion all Primavera P6 standards and templates. Mentor project controls teams and project managers on scheduling principles and analytical techniques
