Senior Integrated Marketing Manager for the development and execution of marketing programs that drive growth of Mozilla products across France. Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with the Director Global Integrated Marketing to develop campaigns, programs, and experiments that drive growth - awareness, consideration, and usage of Mozilla consumer product offerings in France
  • Develop strong thought leadership and understanding of the Regional landscape, including consumer needs, competitive specs, and emerging macro + cultural trends
  • Collaborate with Activations, Brand and Comms teams to develop impactful coordinated channel mix strategies for campaigns and programs
  • Possess deep customer and product knowledge
  • inform decisions by conducting market research in collaboration with the Marketing Insights team
  • Collaborate with Global Product Marketing to ensure product market fit and clear product positioning
  • leverage to develop nuanced regional marketing growth strategies
  • Collaborate with the Director of Global Integrated Marketing to set program goals and measure success
  • Track campaign performance, document regional insights and takeaways, and make recommendations for ongoing improvement and optimization

Requirements:

  • Strong preference for native or near-native proficiency in French, with the ability to create and adapt marketing content for French-speaking audiences
  • 8+ years of deep consumer marketing, brand marketing, and/or strategy experience
  • Possess a strong product growth and/or launch portfolio
  • proven track record developing and implementing successful integrated marketing or go-to-market strategies
  • Solid understanding of coordinated (owned + paid) channel mix approaches that drive user acquisition, consideration, product usage, and advocacy
  • Strong grasp of quantitative test designs
