The Incubations Growth Marketing team focuses on Airbnb's most strategic emerging bets — Services, Experiences, Loyalty, and what comes next. Services is one of Airbnb's most ambitious new businesses: distinct unit economics, a uniquely broad audience, and no established playbook. You will be the growth marketing engine behind it. The Difference You Will Make: You will own the growth marketing strategy and execution for Services end-to-end — operating like a founder inside Airbnb. You'll set the performance roadmap, manage growth marketing channel experts, and partner with business, product, supply, and finance leadership to turn ambiguous strategy into measurable, compounding impact. This role demands a leader who is entrepreneurial, analytical, and energized by ambiguity.
Job Responsibility
Own the Services growth marketing strategy and integrated plan across Paid Search, Social, Display, Engagement/Lifecycle, Affiliates, and Brand
Set and hold team to channel-level ROAS, CAC, payback, contribution-margin targets week over week
Partner with Analytics to design experimentation framework
Drive budget and investment strategy with Finance
Partner with Product and Supply on pricing, offers, and demand acceleration
Connect brand and performance
Build, coach, and develop the Services Growth Marketing pod
Represent Services Growth Marketing in executive business reviews.
Requirements
12+ years in growth or performance marketing for consumer products
Deep hands-on experience scaling marketplaces, travel, or other multi-sided consumer businesses
Expert command of full performance stack (Paid Social, Display, Search/SEO, CRM/Lifecycle, Affiliates)
Track record of beating aggressive ROAS, CAC, payback, LTV goals at scale
Proven experience scaling emerging businesses or zero-to-one growth functions
Deep performance measurement chops (incrementality, MMM, MTA, geo experiments)
Strong commercial instincts thinking in unit economics and contribution margin
