Job Description:

We are supporting our client in finding a Senior Insurance Specialist to manage and oversee their global property and corporate insurance programmes. This critical role ensures the organisation has comprehensive insurance coverage across its real estate platform while providing expert guidance to internal teams and managing broker relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in safeguarding the business’s assets and operations in a complex, multinational environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee global property, construction and W&I insurance programmes
  • Manage claims, invoicing, and impacts from acquisitions/disposals
  • Select and oversee global brokers, ensuring SLA compliance
  • Advise internal teams on insurance requirements and procurement for non-programme properties
  • Maintain process documentation related to insurance activities
  • Lead and develop the Insurance Officer
  • Provide insurance updates to senior management and respond to business queries

Requirements:

  • Strong insurance background within real estate
  • Experience managing global insurance programmes
  • Real estate investment or private equity experience preferred
  • Proven team management and leadership experience
