Join our growing Instrument team in Stavanger We are strengthening our Instrument organization and are looking for more Senior Instrument Engineers who can contribute with broad technical competence, project execution experience and mentorship of younger engineers. You will become part of a cluster-based engineering organization where flexibility, multidisciplinary collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement are key success factors.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver instrument engineering in modification and maintenance projects

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant instrument engineering experience
  • Wide and strong technical understanding across multiple instrument engineering areas
  • Experience from offshore modification and maintenance projects
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to take ownership and drive technical solutions
  • Ability to mentor and develop others
  • Interest in digitalization, AI and engineering process improvements
  • Ability to work across projects and technical domains in line with our cluster strategy
