We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Senior Installation Supervisor to join our team on a contract basis in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in installations, with specific expertise in KAVACH systems, railways, and monitoring relay wiring. This role requires a meticulous individual capable of overseeing complex projects and ensuring successful outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise and manage all aspects of installation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
  • Oversee the installation of KAVACH systems, ensuring proper integration and functionality
  • Direct and monitor railway installation activities, guaranteeing compliance with safety regulations and technical specifications
  • Manage and guide teams involved in monitoring relay wiring installations, ensuring precision and accuracy
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to identify and resolve any installation issues
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, incident logs, and completion records
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and company policies
  • Proactively identify potential risks and challenges, developing and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Train and mentor junior installation staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence and safety

Requirements:

  • Diploma in a relevant technical field
  • Minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of experience in installation supervision
  • Proven expertise in KAVACH systems, Railways, and monitoring relay wiring
  • Strong understanding of installation best practices, safety regulations, and project management principles
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency in monitoring and reporting project progress
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bhopal, MP, 462004, India
