Engineering degree
10 years of experience as Chief Installation Supervisor or proof of sufficient skills
Technical and commercial knowledge covering multiple disciplines
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Job Responsibility

Managing and leading a team of technicians for installation of big and/or complex projects
Planning, preparation and execution of installation supervision
Ensuring personnel are acquainted with site rules, safety regulations and environmental protection measures
Performing installation according to specifications and engineering documents
Monitoring progress of construction against program
Initiating mitigation/preventive actions to achieve target program
Conducting or attending daily and weekly meetings with staff and subcontractors
Ensuring Site and Project Manager receive regular information updates
Ensuring correct behaviour and good teamwork within the installation and commissioning team
Ensuring proper reporting
