Job Responsibility

  • Assurer l'ouverture du magasin et le service au comptoir de 6h00 à 15h00
  • Préparer des soumissions techniques et traiter les commandes entrantes avec précision
  • Agir comme point d'escalade pour les problématiques clients complexes
  • Partager ses connaissances techniques et coacher les membres plus juniors de l'équipe
  • Identifier les opportunités de ventes croisées (upsell/cross-sell) pour répondre aux besoins réels des clients
  • Maintenir des relations de confiance à long terme avec une clientèle d'entrepreneurs exigeante

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in technical commercial sales or B2B
  • Excellent knowledge of plumbing products (a major asset)
  • Bilingualism needed (many customers and suppliers are outside Quebec)
  • Outgoing, energetic personality with great interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer proficiency (Excel, ERP systems)
