Job Description

The Senior Inside Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, nurturing customer relationships, and closing sales. This role is responsible for supporting the sales team by conducting outreach to potential clients, handling inbound inquiries, and developing new business opportunities. The Inside Sales Executive will work closely with the Sales Manager and collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts and achieve sales targets

Job Responsibility

  • Research and identify potential customers through various channels (phone, email, social media, etc.)
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and aligning them with the company’s products and services
  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information
  • Identify business development opportunities from customers
  • Build strong relationships with prospects by understanding their pain points and offering tailored solutions
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure smooth transitions from lead qualification to closure
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data updated in the CRM system
  • Ensure customer contracts are valid and ensure they are renewed on time
  • Regain the highest number of inactive customers and new clients to increase revenue
  • Understand and execute pipeline, forecasting, and revenue projections
  • Drive the use of e-Tools across all customers
  • Ensure privacy and confidentiality of customer data in line with the company data security policies
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve its objectives and targets
  • Increase cross selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Analyze customers performance to increase growth and production
  • Prepare / Assist in preparing offers and rates for customers
  • Follow up with Accounting Team in terms of pending claims and billing adjustment of customers along with the COD transfers
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Create strategic relationship with customers to maintain the business

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field
  • 3+ experience in E-commerce sales is a must
  • Familiar with Microsoft Application (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Very Good English speaking and written
