Job Responsibility:

  • Design and optimize plastic components for injection molding
  • Apply DFM/DFA principles to reduce cost and improve quality
  • Develop 3D CAD models, drawings, and GD&T
  • Collaborate with global mold makers and suppliers
  • Support mold trials, tooling reviews, and production ramp-up
  • Troubleshoot injection molding defects
  • Coordinate with international teams across multiple locations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Plastics Engineering
  • 5–10 years of experience in plastic injection molding or plastic part design
  • Graduation from IITs, NITs, or equivalent top-tier institutions will be preferred
  • Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA)
  • Willingness to travel internationally
