Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead technical concepts, develop infrastructure solutions, contribute to testing requirements, drive recovery solutions, review cloud security, design system upgrades, and resolve operational issues.

Job Responsibility:

Lead or participate in high level technical concepts spanning technology and business
Develop specifications for complex infrastructure systems, design and test solutions
Contribute to the testing of business, application and technical infrastructure requirements
Drive solutions to reduce recovery
Review and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management and key rotations
Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices
Design complex system upgrades
Resolve troublesome trends as they develop
Develop a long range plan designed to resolve problems and prevent them from recurring
Direct the daily risk and control flow of operations
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
L2 windows Production Support operations for VDI Infrastructure
Shift Timings 5:30 AM IST to 2:30 PM IST and 1:30 to 10:30 PM

Requirements:

4+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience
W365 CPC and MS Intune Support
PowerShell, Python, Ansible scripting skills
Splunk, Power BI, Atternity Tools Knowledge
Good analytical and reporting skills
Good exposure to AI and AI Tools
L2 windows Production Support operations for VDI Infrastructure
Adequate Microsoft 365 suite of applications
Good Communication Skills
Stakeholder management
Team player
Flexibility to support during weekends

Nice to have:

W365 CPC and MS Intune Support
