They are looking for a Senior Information Security Manager to lead the governance and strategy of their security function. Job Responsibility:

  • Own and maintain the ISO 27001 ISMS framework, ensuring continuous improvement and readiness for external audits
  • Manage the corporate risk register, conducting regular risk assessments and reporting to senior leadership
  • Develop and enforce global information security policies and standards
  • Design and deliver security awareness training programs to foster a security-conscious culture across the organization
  • Act as the primary advisor to the business on security matters, bridging the gap between technical risks and business impact
  • Manage client expectations regarding security assurance and oversee third-party vendor risk management
  • Provide high-level oversight for the incident management process, acting as an escalation point for critical security events
  • Collaborate with Legal and IT teams to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Information Security Management, ideally in a regulated industry (Financial Services is a plus)
  • Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
  • Proven track record as an ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor
  • Strong experience in Risk Management frameworks and Business Continuity Planning
  • Business language fluency in English with exceptional communication skills to present to C-level executives
