DMi Partners is looking for a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager who will develop and grow brands’ influencer strategies and relationships across multiple platforms such as TikTok Shop, Affiliate Networks, and Influencer Networks. As a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, maximizing influencer growth by consistently fostering new and existing relationships, and finding creative opportunities on behalf of DMi’s brands. You will also serve as an instrumental member of our influencer team, managing direct reports and helping develop team resources and processes.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain a portfolio of client relationships, developing the overall strategy and approach to scale influencer partnerships
Analyze performance data of influencer partnerships, leveraging insights to optimize brand strategy, hit client KPIs, and inform future campaign planning
Manage a team of direct reports, helping develop and grow their skillsets
Maximize client revenue opportunities and scale performance by recruiting new influencer partnerships and optimizing with existing ones
Optimize influencer relationships through TikTok Shop, influencer networks, and traditional affiliate platforms
Utilize strategic selling techniques to position DMi as a premium agency partner
Understand and effectively communicate DMi’s value proposition, processes, clients, and partnerships
Audit influencer content to ensure FTC and brand T&C compliance
Build in-depth relationships with our roster of creators by determining their needs, value adds, and audience demographic
Requirements:
You have a bachelor’s degree
You have proven success in a network, agency, or brand-side strategic role, ideally in a highgrowth environment
You have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – and are extremely detail oriented
You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
You like identifying patterns in data and trends
You are resilient and determined – you’re up for a challenge and create efficiencies within your work so you can handle more tasks and responsibilities than the average person
You are responsive and meet requested deadlines
You like to stay in the know on the latest social media trends and pop culture moments
You are an out of the box thinker
You provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams
You have at least two years of experience with TikTok Shop and/or influencer marketing
