Senior Independent Testing Specialist - Financial Crimes

• Lead or participate in moderate to high risk or complex review activities
• Contribute to large scale planning related to Independent Testing deliverables
• Review and research moderately complex potential corrective actions
• Ensure effective and appropriate testing, validation, and documentation of review activities
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead team to meet Independent Testing deliverables
• Collaborate and consult with colleagues, internal partners, management and lines of business regarding risk management

• 4+ years of Independent Testing experience
• Knowledge of financial crimes legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. BSA/AML, Anti-Bribery, OFAC, Sanctions, CIP/KYC/CDD/EDD, Transaction monitoring)
• Subject matter expertise in Financial Crimes US Regulations
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to research trends and analyze data
• Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) desired
