Job Description:

The Senior Incentive Consultant for Home Mortgage and Consumer Lending plays a critical role in designing, administering, and optimizing incentive plans that align with organizational goals and drive performance across multiple lending business lines. In addition to managing administration of incentive processes, this role provides strategic oversight and project management for the plan design process, ensuring consistency and best practices across all lines of business, not just Consumer Lending and Home Mortgage. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, business acumen, and advanced presentation capabilities to influence stakeholders and deliver impactful solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and oversee the incentive plan design process, driving consistency and alignment across all lending business lines
  • Administer and validate incentive payouts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with governance standards
  • Partner across Sales Performance Management to project manage, create collateral and support the Incentive Design framework
  • Partner with business leaders to develop plan metrics, risk-balancing features, and conduct effectiveness analysis
  • Perform advanced analytics and modeling for forecasting, payout assessments, and performance trends
  • Resolve crediting inquiries and maintain adherence to plan guidelines and controls
  • Collect, review, and analyze data to support financial objectives, regulatory requirements, and performance management frameworks
  • Deliver executive-level presentations and reporting, leveraging advanced PowerPoint skills to communicate insights and recommendations effectively
  • Foster strong relationships with business partners and collaborate with the Sales Performance Management team to drive continuous improvement
