Job Description:

We’re looking for a highly analytical, proactive, and collaborative professional to take ownership of our Western European Sales Incentives processes. If you enjoy transforming data into impact, working in an international environment, and driving continuous improvement — this role is for you. As a Senior Sales Incentives Analyst, you will play a key role in how we design, calculate, and optimize our incentive programs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the Target Setting Process across Western Europe, ensuring accurate territory design within defined timelines
  • Partner with BU representatives (nominated by the VP) to create the right incentive strategy aligned with business goals
  • Own and execute the quarterly operational calculation of Sales Incentives for the assigned Business Unit
  • Work closely with FP&A during AOP cycles and support final approvals by the Presidents
  • Cooperate with local HR and Work Councils to ensure correct SIP approval
  • Actively connect with Sales, Finance, HR, and business leaders across multiple countries
  • Identify and drive the next-generation incentive processes, focusing on automation, standardization, and scalability
  • Work with complex datasets and databases — especially SQL — to optimize reporting and accelerate digital transformation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insight and action
  • Excellent technical skills: SQL, Tableau, MS Office (Excel, VBA, PowerPivot, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Incentive programs is a plus
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • additional languages are welcomed
