The Senior Implementation Associate on DoorDash’s New Verticals Implementation Team plays a key role in launching new SMB merchant partnerships. This role manages the full merchant journey—from late-stage sales through onboarding, implementation, and post-launch support—ensuring smooth setup, optimized platform presence, and operational efficiency. The position requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and direct engagement with merchants.

Own the end-to-end merchant experience through hands-on project management—from onboarding to go-live and beyond
Build strong relationships by engaging directly with merchants throughout the entire journey
Tackle one of e-commerce’s toughest challenges: organizing thousands of unique items with limited existing data
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in Implementation, Customer Success, or Account Management
Familiarity with POS systems, Open APIs, or SFTP integrations
Strong project management & organizational skills
Strong client communication & relationship building skills
Technical aptitude & problem-solving skills
