Job Description

As a Senior II Full-Stack Software Engineer, you’ll lead high-impact, ambiguous projects across our entire technical stack, playing a key role in shaping the direction of our product. You’ll collaborate closely with customers to deeply understand their needs and mentor a talented engineering team to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead initiatives: bring clarity to ambiguity, define product scope, and solve for technical complexity
  • Work with Product and Design partners to shape technical solutions that meet real customer needs
  • Define architecture, delegate implementation across multiple engineers, and ensure successful outcomes
  • Deliver key portions of the project directly while reviewing and unblocking others
  • Drive knowledge sharing and mentor engineers, including senior engineers
  • Setting long term technical strategy for your team and raise engineering quality bar

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of product-side full stack experience
  • Experience with our stack: Typescript, React, GraphQL
  • Track record of successfully leading highly ambiguous and complex projects where problems and solutions are not well defined
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with autonomy, align product and engineering needs, and land high-quality outcomes
  • Trusted to lead not just code, but also planning, process, and culture
  • Mentors across levels at a team-wide scale
  • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work
