Your Responsibilities: IT Hands-On Support onsite at our St. Gallen location; VIP Support for Management and Critical User Groups; Installation and Replacement of Network Components; Datacenter Support; Mobile Device Management; Laptop and Desktop Staging & Deployment - Device staging, rollout, replacement of end-user hardware; Meeting Room Support - including AV setup and troubleshooting; Support for Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments; User onboarding & offboarding, including account setup and device preparation; Basic Network Troubleshooting (e.g., LAN issues, docking stations, Wi-Fi connectivity); Support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals; Onsite Support for Global and Regional IT Teams & Facility; Coordination with Vendors & External Service Providers; Documentation; Participation in IT Projects & Certified Areas. Your Profile: Completed IT-related apprenticeship or equivalent experience (1st/2nd Level Support); Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365; Practical experience with end-user hardware and device lifecycle processes; Customer focused attitude, strong communication skills, and a hands-on mentality; many years of experience in onsite- and support enginnering; Self-driven, reliable, and structured working approach; Good english and speaking any other language is a plus.
