Senior IAM assignment with a clear focus on identity governance at enterprise level. You operate on standards, models, and decision making that determine how access is governed across a complex organisation. The role is functional and advisory and clearly separated from engineering work. You strengthen an Identity and Access Management capability with a focus on Identity Governance and Administration. You work at enterprise level and define how identities, access, and lifecycle processes are governed across business domains. Your role is functional and strategic in nature. You define governance, standards, and models that are implemented by platform and engineering teams.
Job Responsibility:
Defining and improving identity governance and access models
Setting standards for identity lifecycle and access governance
Translating business and HR requirements into functional IAM designs
Defining role models and access principles used organisation wide
Acting as functional counterpart for business, HR, and application owners
Contributing to long term IAM and IGA direction
Advising on identity models including non human identities
Supporting audits and compliance from a governance perspective
Requirements:
Senior level experience in Identity Governance and Administration
Strong understanding of identity lifecycle and access governance concepts
Experience working with HR driven identity models
Broad understanding of enterprise IAM platforms and their interaction
