Job Description

This role is responsible for delivering engineering solutions that meet high standards of safety, reliability, and sustainability, supporting project execution and long-term operational objectives. The role contributes to successful project delivery through technical expertise, design optimization, and coordination across engineering disciplines.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform engineering activities including selection of methods, procedures, and design approaches within defined specifications, in compliance with international codes, industry standards, and internal requirements
  • Plan and execute engineering deliverables within agreed timelines and budgets while ensuring effective interface management across disciplines and systems
  • Ensure assigned Scope of Work is delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and internal project standards
  • Apply lessons learned and assess the impact of engineering changes across project systems and interfaces
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and third parties throughout design, procurement, and manufacturing phases
  • Support or act as Package Engineer, with responsibility for design, procurement, and delivery of assigned equipment packages
  • Provide technical guidance and begin leading engineers within the assigned scope of work
  • Act as Discipline Lead for defined scopes when required, ensuring alignment across engineering deliverables and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Engineering Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, offshore, or related industry
  • Experience in detailed design and engineering execution is required

Nice to have

  • Exposure to marine systems, offshore topsides, or HVAC systems is preferred
  • Site or yard engineering experience is beneficial
