At Panteon, we are looking for an innovative Senior Human Resources Specialist who is eager to improve themselves every day and spread positive energy within the team.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage recruitment processes in line with company needs, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews
  • Support and follow up on employee performance evaluation processes
  • Develop strategies to improve employee motivation, satisfaction, and engagement
  • Monitor workplace arrangements, occupational health, and safety procedures
  • Prepare HR reports and analyses

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments (preferably Psychology, Sociology, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.)
  • At least 6 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment and reporting processes
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with strong Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • solution-oriented, highly organized, and detail-focused
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and a team-oriented mindset

Nice to have

Preferably experienced in the gaming industry
