Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Human Resources Service Delivery Representative to be part of HR Global Delivery – CRSO team. This role supports HR service delivery across various functional areas including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, pay, benefits, incentive plan administration, HRIS and records management, leave of absence, employee and labor relations, and HR compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Support service delivery of HR products and processes across one or more functional areas within HR
Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team
Perform complex administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasks
Be responsible for complex operational tasks including records management, report generation, and transactions across HR systems
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff
Interact with immediate team, internal or external customers, and internal peers
Point of contact for escalations
Oversee process improvement initiatives
Responsible for procedure updates and internal QA
Handle complex cases

Requirements:

4+ years of Human Resources operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Graduate of a bachelor's degree or higher
Background using either Workday, Beeline, or Service Now
Background/experience working in an HR Shared Services account
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience in effective handling of escalations
Amenable to work on shifting schedule more leaning towards the late mid to night shift
Amenable to work at Taguig City (100% onsite)
