As Senior Human Resources Project Manager, you’ll sit on the HR Leadership Team and lead complex, business-critical initiatives—turning strategy into execution while elevating how HR delivers results. Partnering with senior leaders and global teams, you’ll bring structure, speed, and innovation to the HR function, ensuring programs land with impact, on time, and at the highest standard.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end program and project management for all HR initiatives across KSNA, including cross-functional and global efforts, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities
  • Partner with the HR Leadership Team to define strategy, scope, timelines, resources, and success metrics while managing multiple initiatives with clear, visible project plans
  • Drive execution excellence by identifying risks, resolving issues proactively, and applying HR expertise to ensure high-quality, practical, and adopted outcomes
  • Build and scale HR project management discipline

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project or program management experience
  • 2+ years supporting or working within an HR function
  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA required)
  • PMP certification or ability to obtain within 12 months
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Teams and Planner

  • HR program management experience
