We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Human Resources Manager to support and execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals while driving operational efficiency and talent excellence. Requirements:
A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic HR management
Bachelor’s degree in from a four-year college or university, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources or another related field
Demonstrated ability to use metrics and data analysis to drive HR decision-making
Experience working directly with senior leadership
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis) and PowerPoint (e.g., creating dynamic presentations)
Nice to have:
Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Lean Six Sigma Certification
Experience using ADKAR and/or Prosci Change Management Methodology
